    <description>OK, if you *try* to boot the nPar in vPars mode after changing anything (add a cell or CPU) the system will tell you you need to boot in nPars mode to apply the change.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The vPars manual says, you need to do a full boot into nPars mode, because the kernel will write the new information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regarding the firmware:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The active versions are the same - this is enough.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is already a newer version with IPF FW 009.048.000, BTW.</description>

      <description>Hy,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When adding a new cell to a npar, i am getting these errors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the console:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Validating fPars configuration ... ERROR&lt;BR /&gt;  Verifying IO configuration consistency ...    Complete&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Firmware detected a configuration mismatch.       <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does HP done the scan test, cpudiag when they put the cell? Maybe it could help to show what's happening with this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I now where you where going Torsten, and it's right on spot as allways.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This npar has vpars, and I needed after shutdown -R -H from the vpars, a full boot in npars mode, I only has done it up to de efi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Everything working fine now</description>
