Win2003 VDS problems

I install two node cluster using two DL560 servers, MSA1000 as shared storage. I have 2 SAN Switches & 2 HAB in each server. All work properly. But after some time one of the servers start sending errors that he canâ t work with shared storage disks. I found out that it server can see shared disks but cant work with them even if I bring cluster group that contain that disk on it (actually this group cant start on this node because of disk cant start). In Disk Management snap in I can see all disk. But there no volumes on them, also no information about system volume in disk management snap in. Windows can work with the system disk but canâ t work with shared storage disks.
I check all SAN connections, I shutdown second node â ¦
Now I remove this server from cluster, disconnect it from shared storage, but I donâ t see system volume in disk management snap in and also I canâ t work with system disk using disk management snap in. All work but this situation incorrect. How I can fix this problem?

Microsoft is aware of the problem, and a hotfix is available:

I use this hotfix after problem occurs. It doest help me. I reinstall OS and then install hotfix. Maybe it helps, we will see â ¦

At this point, I would test SP1 on one of your non-production servers, and when satisfied, do the SP1 install.

I've gotta say...this is quite a team helping people on these forums. MS hasn't had W2K3 SP1 out for 48 hours yet and we're on top of it and offering it a possible solution. Nicely done Jon.
