The port that is being used is the DOT port. This was how the drivers were installed.<BR /><BR />We want to use the printer in a Remote desktop application printing from a terminal server (windows 2003). I am not familiar with any DOT port on Windows XP.<BR /><BR />Can you go to the Printer Port list and state what the decription is for the DOT port?<BR /><BR />2. ON the Windows 2003 Server side. Check the Environment tab on the user account properties and see if the follwng boxes are checked:<BR /><BR />- Connect client printers at logon<BR />- Default to main client printer<BR /><BR />3.
