I just installed insight manager on my DL580 to manage a rack of DL380s.

When I double click on the 'Systems Insight Manager' icon on my desktop internet explorer starts up and just sits there displaying a white screen. My management console or login never comes back. Looking through the doc I saw that proxy settings can affect this so I turned of proxy for local addresses, added the local addresses and even change the address in internet explorer to '127.0.0.1'. Still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Jon:

You'd didn't mention G1, or G2, or G3, so try going here:

http://tinyurl.com/dcgh2

then drill down and make sure you have the latest PSP, BIOS, firmwares, and Systems Management software.

Make a great day!

Roger
