Oracle installation error on windows 2003

We get a .dll error when installing oracle 9.2.0.1 to windows 2003 server that works in 64bit cpu computer...Are there anyone tried to install this version of oracle to a machine that is 64bit???

9.2.0.1 is for 32 bit, and doesn't support 64 bit.

9.2.0.2 is 64 bit.

Thanks but Oracle 9.2.0.3 supports 64 bit,windows 2003 system..And we are tying to install 9.2.0.1 to upgrade it to 9.2.0.3 but we have a dll error till upgrade.Thats the way prefered by metalink also...
