I am very confident that these computers are not infected with anything. There are multiple controls in place. The errors are happening in my lab as well as 10 production servers. I can't speak for the other servers, but lab goes through at least two firewalls and 2 web proxies and is always being scanned by various tools.

I am receiving the following errors in the Application Log
1. Event 100 Source atmwms "OffloadModExpo failed with error code 1114"
2. Event 100 Source atmwms "The application requested processing of an exponentiation command with a modulus size bigger than can be handled by AXL 300 hardware accelerator. This single request will be processed by software."
3. Event 100 Source atldm "Error acquiring Logical Device from the AXL300 MPD."
4. Event 100 Source atldm "ERROR on IOCTL_ATQL5032_GET_LOGICAL_DEVICE."

We manage multiple sites and most everyone is getting these errors in production and lab environments. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Jessica:

Sorry! I guess your post in the Windows Server 2003 forum threw me off. ;-)

The latest driver for the AXL 300 is here:

http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/17598.html

but I'm not confident that'll solve your problem. Have you installed W2K SP4? What about the rollup for W2K SP4? Look in the right sidebar of the following webpage under "Top Downloads":

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/default.mspx

Which DL380(s) do you have?

Make a great day!

Roger

I don't know if this helps, but I have just been able to establish a cause/effect relationship. Anytime someone logs into the server locally or remotely, the errors generate.
