    <description>Hi:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try looking in Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/Languages/Details and see if the language and keyboard language are set properly and that you have a matching keyboard (I assume you would need a Japanese keyboard).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Roger</description>
