Sorry, I guess I should have been more specific.

It isn't a tape drive that is complaining, but rather my "D:" drive (which is direct-attached)

-----------
OS Information Agent: The Logical Disk Performance Instance, 'D:' is failed with Disk Busy Time of 94 percent.
[SNMP TRAP: 19008 in CPQWINOS.MIB]
------------

The thing is, I'm not sure what, if anything, is writing willy-nilly to the drive that could be taking all of it's processing power. Or, as I originally asked, is it an indication that a physical drive is somehow failing?

Does anyone know where I can get a hold of all the various error event ID with the insight manager SNMP traps?

In particular, I'm getting a lot of "Foundation Agent, Event ID: 1180" errors in the system log, and I haven't had much luck searching through the forums for an authorative answer.

I know from the description that it is complaining about disk/busy time on a logical disk, but does that indicate that there is a pending hardware problem too?
