    <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i think i had an issue like that.&lt;BR /&gt;we solved it by using an "helper entry" on the switches.&lt;BR /&gt;The second can be a dual nic.&lt;BR /&gt;disable one nic an test again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;greets from vienna,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Franz</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying install windows server 2003 on blades servers BL20p G3 using rapid deployment pack(RDP)but the servers are not picking IP through dhcp.It is giving me an error message PXE-E55: proxyDHCP service did not reply to request on port 4011. But i have done this installation twice without any problem on other blade servers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.</description>

      <description>Hi, Sorry for my english.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have the same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have changed on our switchs this configuration:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ip helper-address IP_OF_DHCP_AND_PXE_SERVER&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And when we startup a vmware machine to start with lan, we can see this error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Our installation of Altiris is by default.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you say me something?.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you very much.</description>

      <description>F Javier: Here are the 2 most common reasons for this error:&lt;BR /&gt;1]The DHCP is a separate server than the Altiris/RDP server.  Check the scope options and make sure there is no 060 ClassID PXEClient.  If it exists delete this scope and then restart the DHCP service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2]  The DHCP and Altiris/RDP are on the same server.  In this case the DHCP server needs to have the scope option:  060 ClassID PXEClient.  If it does NOT exist, then reinstall ONLY the PXE Server Service and it will automatically add the scope.&lt;BR /&gt;NOTE: The above information applies to rdp version 2.x and not the new 3.0 rdp version.</description>
