I downloaded the file but what are the insutrctions to install it? It downloaded to the desktop. Then what? What are the files I need to execute to install?

What file extension is the download? Surely MS gave details?

Here are the instructions as given by MS:
Instructions
1. Create a folder named SP2 on your local hard disk.
2. Download the E3SP2ENG.exe file into the SP2 folder.
3. In My Computer, open the SP2 folder, and then double-click E3SP2ENG.exe.
4. In the Unzip To Folder dialog box, enter the location of the SP2 folder, and then click the Unzip button.
5. When the self-extraction process is complete, click OK, and then click Close.
