    <description>I had the same problem. Full install will work with a HP USB floppy drive but i had a sony usb drive.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;w2k3 install will allow you to load the raid drivers from floppy as the drivers are for a hp usb floppy drive only, after formatting and when windows takes over it won't  allow you to load the drivers any further, the reason is that after the install windows takes over from the bios and alas windows will not read the usb floppy cos its loaded with hp drivers and not the one for your model.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The trick is to add a generic driver or your own model as per:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=82711" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=82711&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is guaranteed to work as it did for me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ml115 server with 2 x 160gb sata with raid1&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know why HP did not add the generic driver but its  a scam to sell more HP floppy drives.</description>

      <description>You should be able to use a USB floppy drive to do this.</description>
