A usb external hard driver insert to a usb connecter on rx2620 with Windows 2003 OS.
but it doesn't work, and this external hard driver has own power supply, so it isn't the power supply problem.
I have checked the manual, there is follow description:"
Windows supports USB keyboard and mouse,
as well as other USB devices with driver support".
So I don't know what's the reason, can anybody answer this problem? thansk!

Hi,
1) Check if the USB Drive is working on other Server/PC.
2) Try Different USB port.
3) Does any other USB device work on the same USB port on the server ?
3) Does this External Drive has a Driver CD ?? If so, install the Same.

James.
