ML 350 crash

Last night the server started getting errors like 'below'

Then one service after another went down until the server crashed.
This server has been running fine and the last update was Friday.
The only thing running at this time is the backup "Data Protector v.6" Got any ideas?

This events are from DP Open File component which rarely works for me. I would uninstall this and used Shadow Copy instead (if you have windows 2003). Or, at least make sure you have latest version of it.
