Hi Gfuss,
The following setting has been canged in TS Connection Configuration API:
Run this program when users logon:
E:\folder\program.exe

So, any RDP-tcp session runs the specified program. I cannot run RDP FULL desktop.

Igor,
thanks.
How can I revert changes when the "Run this program at startup" is set in TS Conection Configration is set?

I may need to run a regular desktop instead of the specified program.

Thanks.

Hi,
Probably I misunderstand your question, but you can just remove this specified program in Programs tab of Remote Desktop connection
(or even by editing RDP file)
Or in GPO - you can use a GPO
User Configuration->Administrative Templates->Windows Components->Terminal Services->Start a program on connection
to start/remove this option per OU in Active Directory

Hi Igor,

Well, I mean for settigns changed at server side.
If RDP-tcp settings are changed at the server side, any RDP-tcp session from then on will start the specfied program instead of starting a remote desktop session.
I mean to revert that setting at the server side once it has been changed.

Thanks.

Can you simply remove the reference to tscc.msc?

I'm not quite sure I know what is happening. When you RDP this server, it is automatically launching tscc.msc for the person that is RDP'ing or it is launching tscc.msc on the local console?

Ok, now it is more clear for me.
I don't know about way to pass this option when you set it in TSCC.msc.
But I think the right way to do it - create GPO with this settings and assign this GPO only to users you want.
http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/04430bc5-4e7e-45d9-85a9-d6b11bbb09451033.mspx?mfr=true

Right, you can either use a group policy that only applies to certain users, or you could also create another RDP connection that doesn't have that setting enabled. For that you'd probably need another network adapter to associate with the new RDP connection.
