I need the base system device drivers can someone give me a link? I have tried the download drivers page but there is a lot to choose from.

HP Proliant ML350 G4
Base System Device is the driver item in the device manager the has an explanation point.

Do you have Proliant support pack (PSP) installed?

Most likely "Base system device" is ILO.

You were correct. It was the ILO card. I was certian I had already installed the software but maybe I needed a different version. Thanks for the help.
