I get a Blue Screen of Death on the server rx2660, it is running Windows 2003 Enterprise ia64. I've done lots of searching and can't find any information on my specific problem.

Does anyone know this event and what is the possible hardware was faulty?

Hi, there is no hardware fault.. go to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926754/en-us , and if you have NAT, I think that`s the answer for your problem.

The 0x000000E2 stop code indicates a manually triggered bluescreen...

Sometimes done to generate a memory dump so Microsoft can examine problems related to hanging applications or similar...
