WINXP won't support the DS2100, which is not a particularly good omen for W2K3 support, even in 32-bit form.

The Windows Catalog has replaced the HCL (Hardware Compatibility List) as a source for hardware compatibility information for W2K3. See:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/catalog/server/default.aspx

The DS2100 does not appear there.
