    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;I need to install perl module Mail Sendmail module on windows server 2003 without Internet and no nmake command (can't install).&lt;BR /&gt;So I have to install from a command line.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you explan me the operation step by step to install the module and where I can get the file (I think .ppd file)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you</description>

      <description>Always try to download the module from internet:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ppm install Sendmail&lt;BR /&gt;Downloading ActiveState Package Repository packlist...failed 500 Can't connect t&lt;BR /&gt;o ppm4.activestate.com:80 (connect: Unknown error)&lt;BR /&gt;ppm install failed: Can't find any package that provide Sendmail.pm</description>

      <description>Can you ping ppm4.activestate.com from a dos window?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does it resolve?  Can it be pinged?  Are you behind a firewall that doesn't allow port 80 traffic out?</description>

Unzip the package to a temporary directory.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Install the package by specifying the ppd file directly:&lt;BR /&gt;      ppm install c:\tmp\module-name.ppd</description>
