Everyone,
Pardon my following stupidity here. I am a UNIX Sa who has never in my life really used windows. However I now have 5 Windows 2003 systems on my hands. I have some developers who need full access to a particular directory. My question is , how do I go about giving them this access? Do I need to create groups? Can I add them individualy somehow? Please help.

Jon,
Again pardon my ignorance, but how do I go about that? How do I create groups and add into them the access/directories needed? Is there a form somewhere I can read?
