      <description>Are you able ping other machines from your server?&lt;BR /&gt;Check only incoming is blocked? or out packets too..?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check the ipconfig once again..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers..!</description>

      <description>Thanks Arun,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This problem was solved. This was due to windows firewall. I was able to ping other machines from this server but not this server from other servers. finally I switched off the firewall which made me to connect to this server.</description>
