    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am new to Infrastructure.&amp;nbsp; I just received 6 DL380 G4 systems (end-of-life for corporations is not end-of-life for my small company).&amp;nbsp; I need to create a diskless bootable USB drive to initialize the systems.&amp;nbsp; I'd like to start with Windows Server 2003 and work my way up to 2008 using my MSDN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have researched this as best I can and I still can't figure out how to get it done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have step-by-step instructions for&amp;nbsp;Infrastructure Dummies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is what I have done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1)&amp;nbsp; I have used Diskpart to format a 16GB USB Drive using my laptop computer... which is&amp;nbsp;running Windows 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)&amp;nbsp; I downloaded&amp;nbsp;the Windows Server 2003 64-bit SP2 ISO to my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3)&amp;nbsp; I extracted the Windows Server 2003 64-bit SP2 ISO to a directorry on my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4)&amp;nbsp; I copied the&amp;nbsp;extracted Windows Server 2003 64-bit SP2 ISO to the USB Drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5)&amp;nbsp; I placed the USB Drive in the Server and turned it on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It recognized the USB drive as C: but did not boot from it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think the Extracted ISO is bootable.&amp;nbsp; What can/should I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scott&lt;/P&gt;</description>
