Windows Server 2003 64-bit USB bootable Image

Hello:

I am new to Infrastructure. I just received 6 DL380 G4 systems (end-of-life for corporations is not end-of-life for my small company). I need to create a diskless bootable USB drive to initialize the systems. I'd like to start with Windows Server 2003 and work my way up to 2008 using my MSDN.

I have researched this as best I can and I still can't figure out how to get it done.

Anyone have step-by-step instructions for Infrastructure Dummies.

Here is what I have done.

1) I have used Diskpart to format a 16GB USB Drive using my laptop computer... which is running Windows 7.

2) I downloaded the Windows Server 2003 64-bit SP2 ISO to my laptop.

3) I extracted the Windows Server 2003 64-bit SP2 ISO to a directorry on my laptop.

4) I copied the extracted Windows Server 2003 64-bit SP2 ISO to the USB Drive.

5) I placed the USB Drive in the Server and turned it on.

It recognized the USB drive as C: but did not boot from it.

I don't think the Extracted ISO is bootable. What can/should I do?
