Profile and Files Access Problem

Hi,

i need help on some issues.
i have some servers and thinclients.
ISSUE 1
Thinclients connect with servers through RDC(Remote Desktop Connection).When users receive a mail having attachment(rtf,word or execl file), some of users can view the attachment but most of the users could not be able to open the attachment because of permissions errors like "Access is denied" etc.All users are in same OU (Organization Unit) having same permissioms.

ISSUE 2
when a user connect to server through RDC via Desktop It easily connects but via ThinClient it gives permission error or profile could not be login error.. Why is it so ???

Thin client O/S : winxp Embedded
Servers O/S : win2003 Enterprise Server

Server Hardware specification,
HP Dl580 Dual Xeon 2.8GHZs Processors
Mmemory 8GB .

check the permissions on "c:\documents and settings\default user", be sure everyone has at least read. this should correct Issue 2

check the permissions on %temp% (wherever that might be for your users) and be sure the users have at least change. there is a good posibility this will fix issue 1.
