Hi,all
I met this when I used" #ca x analyze ", I get this messages
Service Obligation: Expired
Service Obligation Number: S395200003

Service Provider Company Name: Compaq GZCSD
Obligation Start Date: Mon Dec 02 00:00:00 CST 2002
Obligation Ending Date: Tue Dec 02 00:00:00 CST 2003
Time left on Obligation: 0 years, 0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds

Error 106: Service obligation expired"
Should I reinstall something in this host ?

Compaq analyze by default is enabled for one year beginning on the date of the Compaq Analyze software installation. It expires in order to protect the investments made by the company in the development of the tool. It must be reenabled periodically to insure third parties do not take advantage of the knowledge within the tool to compete for our service business. The service obligation end date can be modified without reinstalling the product

Time to have a look into the documentation explaining how to change it.

I did use the Desta servob change and it worked for me

it will ask you for Provider Company Name I putted Hewlett-Packard Company

for the Service Provider Employee Nmae and ID I left it blank

and that's it.

Thank you for the help .. It worked for me also.

by using the command "desta servob change" I am able to change the obligation end date.
