      <description>Mike,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This means that the drive, located on bus2 target 3, couldn't be started by the OS.&lt;BR /&gt;A "Start Unit" command is send to bring the drive online (spinup, etc..)&lt;BR /&gt;The drive is not reporting it is UP, within the timeout period.&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe it will be ready afterwards, or probably it is completely dead.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, this is an HW-related problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Joris</description>
