hard error--error #41--Memory compare error

I have a DS20 ,I found it had crashed today.I used "init" under P00>>> to init the DS20,I saw some "hard error " when the DS20 test the memory ,and prompted as below:

Memexer diagnostic will take some time (sometimes few hours). After that you will see is it really hardware problem.

I used "clear_error all" , but this command didn't work, can't clear the error ,"show fru -e " still can see that error .
Any suggestions for clearing those error ?

Replace the defective memory?
