DS15 Firmware upgrade

Dears,

i have alpha server DS15 with firmware version 6.7-2, i tried to upgrade it to 7.3 using boot CD as explained in the following link:
http://h18002.www1.hp.com/alphaserver/firmware/readmes/ds15.html

The main issue is that: after downloading the ISO image and burn it to CD using Nero software, the server failed to boot from the CD with error stating that its not a bootable CD.

Knowing that the CD is working fine and its boot from other firware CDs for previous versions.

So please advice.

I hope you downloaded this image:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/alphaserver/firmware/iso_images/v73.iso
This should work.
Try to boot CD with:
>>> boot -flag 0,80 dqa0
and capture output.
Then send output.
