      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please can you provide any tru64 specific performance monitoring commands.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am aware of&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;vmstat &lt;BR /&gt;iostat&lt;BR /&gt;top&lt;BR /&gt;collect&lt;BR /&gt;netstat&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;is there any other tools worth investigating that can help me trouble shoot performance?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;many thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;chris.</description>

      <description>Collect is the best tool I think, if you are using cluster, then you will also need:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;cfsmgr -a STATISTICS&lt;BR /&gt;drdmgr&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are serving files via NFS:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;nfsstat&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>For longer term data collection and review, you want to use collect as mentioned.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My favourite tool for active monitoring is actually 'monitor'. It feels a little liek the well known 'top', but focusses on system stuff (disk, networt, cpu) rather then processes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is part of the Open Source Software Collection for Tru64 UNIX.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h30097.www3.hp.com/demos/ossc/man-html/man1/monitor.1.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h30097.www3.hp.com/demos/ossc/man-html/man1/monitor.1.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth,&lt;BR /&gt;Hein</description>
