Hi Ronny,

have you installed the version from Internet Express? If so, have you configured the Secure Webserver by the Web-Gui or manually?

I'm asking because 99% of the problems depend on the manual editing of the files (which are also not recommended and supported). If using the Webgui (Internet Express Administration) works without a problem.

The above error message is typically for a configuration problem within httpd.conf

Associated product cd? I'm still wondering that this software is on the named cd.

Ok without the rest of the Internet Express CD it is very difficult to configure and check the proper installation.

If the delivered version is the "open source" version nothing is installed within httpd.conf. So you must first configure it properly - without it doesn't work out of the box.
The error means:

This is caused by not having a home page file inside of your www directory. Once you upload your homepage file into this directory, the error message will go away and your new home page will load. Our servers recognize a number of file names as home pages: the most common ones are index.html and index.htm. httpd.conf specifies the location of the starting home path.

Another possiblity is, that you specified the http url without a "/" at the end (the internet explorer add this "/" automatically) or you have entered incorrect pathes within the setup leading to a problem finding the admin port (because the admin pages are out of range). Study your httpd.conf and verify proper configuration.
