topic cannot access with tserv in Operating System - Tru64 Unix

cannot access with tserv

I reboot the management computer and now i cannot access through tserv connction: it says network connection refused. But i still have a valid connection through ssh from this computer.
is there a parameter on the hptru64 that maybe could resolved this problem.

What is tserv connection? What is the software that you use? Is an X server/client?

its a connection directly on the RMC/SRM console with a special port. (the connection is done with putty under windows).

From your description, this sounds like a terminal server which has a
hardwired port to your serial console on the T64 system.

If you are unable to get to that port, it's more than likely an issue
with the terminal server configuration or access to it.
