    <description>&lt;P&gt;Gary,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you just mount a disk with&amp;nbsp; $ MOUNT device: label&amp;nbsp; the disk will be mounted only privately in your current job. Once you log out, the disk wil be dismounted automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To mount a disk permanently, you need to use MOUNT/SYSTEM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Volker.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Disk Unmounted automatically</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iam on openVMS7.3-2, with volpro privileged user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do allocate, intialize and mount the device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is successfully mounted, iam able to create files/directories&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but when i logoff and log in again , the mount is gone, i have to allocate and moutn it again to make it accessible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea what would have went wrong ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gary&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
