SMTP MAIL SERVICE PROBLEM

We have five nodes in cluster. Two nodes (BE1 and BE2) have been configured with SMTP service enabled and started state.

We have other remote node which is configured for SMTP service enabled and started state.

One of cluster node BE2 can send received receive mail. wheras other node BE1 can not receive or send mail to BE2.

All nodes are configured with domain name like nodename.CRIS.ORG.IN .

Decnet is working in cluster along with tcpip. but between two remote sites decnet is disabled on routers. Earlier decnet mail communication was working and customer want to work with smtp mail now.
