Syn VMS time from CHARON emulation ?

Hello,

I'm running few Alpha VMS V6.2 systems (not cluster) under CHARON emulation.

I wonder if I can sync the VMS time from CHARON & how to do that ?

I prefer not to use NTP or DTSS if I can sync the time directly from CHARON.

Ofer,

as far as I'm aware, it is not possible to 'synchronize' the OpenVMS time with the time of the operating system running under the CHARON-AXP emulator. If you think about it, a real Alpha also does not 'sync' the time with OpenVMS. And the CHARON-AXP emulator just emulates the behaviour of a real Alpha.

You will have to rely on NTP or DTSS to synchronize OpenVMS time.
