OpenVMS FTP and SSH doesn't work anymore

Hello community, I'm in trouble with OpenVMS IA64 Version V8.4. I have two servers that doesn't accept anymore SSH and FTP connections and I don't know what happen (I'm not OpenVMS expert).

Luckly telnet is working so I can reach both nodes. I already tried to reboot both, but still no way. Previously both SSH and FTP work perfect.

What I did is edit SYS$MANAGER:SYLOGIN.COM to add some text for login, but I also revert back the changes without success.

Could someone help me to understand what happen to the system?

For SSH I can see:

Got it, I had to setup again protection for SYLOGIN.COM.

My bad, I deleted and recreated from scratch and I forgot to assign right permission!

SYLOGIN.COM (RWED,RWED,RE,RE)

That could be very dangerous. One, you'd risk hurting its
(artificial) feelings. Two, if it's good to complain about nonsense
from the bot, then it might be hard to justify restricting such
complaints to _artificial_ stupidity.
