      <description>After booting to VMS 7.3 CD and opening DCL command prompt typing a colon produces a + sign. Anyone have a solution?</description>

      <description>Riley,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;unlees you are a very experienced blind-typist (in which case you should setup the keyboard layout to match what you are used to) you should make sure that your keyboard setup matches whatever your hardware keyboard layout happens to be (and there are MANY different of those around!)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;hth&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Proost. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have one on me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;jpe</description>
