Software updates will not install

I receive notice that critical updates are available, but when I attempt to download I receive the following message:
"Internet Explorer Script Error.

Char 1,
Error: The System can not find the file specified. Code 0.

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Judging by the file name string in the error message you're seeing, you might have posted your question in the wrong forum.

Thank you. Can you give me some direction as to which forum. This is the first time I have done this.

William,

do any of the ITRC forums cover the software package, for which you want to install updates ? If so, use that forum.

Otherwise just search for the software package name in the ITRC search (see Search field at top of screen) and have a look, if this software has been mentioned in any ITRC forum.
