      <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;$ help/message onedeltim &lt;BR /&gt;gives&lt;BR /&gt;ONEDELTIM,  at least one delta time is required&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  Facility:     LIB, Library Facility&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  Explanation:  The LIB$DATE_TIME routine requires at least one delta time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;  User Action:  Determine which argument is incorrect and replace it with a&lt;BR /&gt;                delta time.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you post the Vms architecture (Vax, Alpha, Itanium), the Tcpip version ($ ucx sh vers), the Vms version, (wr sys$output f$getsyi("version"), and explain the context ?</description>

      <description>There should not be a problem with the Itanium.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The parameters in the config file can be the same, except for the Network device name which can be different on each node.</description>

      <description>i checked with my all nodes....&lt;BR /&gt;all alpha servers are working with its IE0 interface and standby also in active...In&lt;BR /&gt;Itanium server interface IE0 is configured as a standby and i found it is failed. But the operator log shows, failsafe started on all other nodes(29th May). Itanium interface IE0 is failed from 19th may.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So i want to clarify what are the possible causes for that problem....How to identify the cause...</description>
