Does HP have a web site where one might find ECCNs for the products HP sells that run on OpenVMS?

I'd expect you'll have to call HP about these directly; like you, I don't see the ECCNs posted, and I'm not sure I'd trust any response (EAR99 or otherwise) that wasn't received directly from the vendor regardless.

If it weren't so bloody hard to find anyone in HP who understands or even knows anything about "VMS" and related topics, I'd have done that first, rather than asking here. I had hoped I wasn't the first person to have sought out this information and that someone who had already navigated the maze of twisty little passages (all alike) would have been able to guide me.

The SPD for DCE 'Runtime Services for OpenVMS' actually contains an ECCN.
