DEC scheduler jobs going inot - Queued status

Hi All,

Once again i need ur help.
After VMS upgrdation from V7.3-2 to V8.3 , Existing DEC scheduler jobs going into Queued status.
Tried troubleshooting:
1.DEC scheduler installed on layered disk.
2.Reinstalled the DEC scheduler.
3.Tried hold and released jobs.
4.Some of scheduler jobs using SYS$BATCH Queue to execute.
5.Normal scheduler jobs able to execute and release successfully.

Only Queued DEC scheduler jobs not working.

Any idea....

Did you do a startup of it ? Did you check the startup log ?

what version and is the VSS.DAT too big?
