OpenVMS Internationalization Data kit for version 8.3

I'm trying to get a copy of the Internationalization kit (VMSI18N) for OpenVMS 8.3. Is this kit available online for download, or it is only available on one of the OpenVMS 8.3 CD's? Which one of the CDs would it be on? I looked at the 8.3 Release notes for the location of this kit, and I didn't see it mentioned.

The kit is on the CD (OpenVMS Alpha) and DVD (OpenVMS I64) distribution kit, and likely isn't available for download.

Ron,

the VMSI18N kit is on the OpenVMS Layered Products CD/DVD, which is part of the OpenVMS Alpha/I64 CD/DVD-ROM package.
