Runtime error during running the TPware aaplication

Hi,
I am tring to run the TPware desktop application ADD_ACMS_SAMPLE application on Itanium machine. I have created the add_acms_client.exe successfully. But when I run this exe i got the following run-time error:
Enter 1st number: 1
Enter 2nd number: 4
Error on task call:
einfo.eclass: -4(fffffffc)
einfo.code: -3020(fffff434)
einfo.eproc:
einfo.epgroup:
einfo.esource: 0
Enter 1st number:

I checked with the error code and it seems to be system error. I also checked with help file and there it is given that "Desktop ACMS Gateway has died".

I am not getting how to resolve this problem. Also everything is started like gateway process etc. Can anybody help solving this issue.

Also I am running this application on windows 7.

Is the ACMS software supported on Windows 7?
Call HP support directly?
