Busy HP SWBrowser: "Read welcome.hp-ww.com"

Viewing this forum now seems to leave the HP
SWBrowser V1.7-8 busy, apparently for at least
a long time, with "Read welcome.hp-ww.com" in
the lower border region, an arrow-with-clock
cursor, and a tendency toward arrows chasing
each other in the tab before the page title.

Is this a common observation or a local problem?
If common, is it new, or did I just not notice
it before today?

I am replying from VMS using the current SWB V1.7-11 without problems.

I sometimes use current SWB from AlphaVMS and its been fine. This web site runs on hpux and has been known to have 'issues'

Restarting the browser seems to have cured it.
