Licensing OpenVMS on Integrity

Trying to understand what licence to buy with a rx7640

I understand that we now choose between FOE, EOE, MCOE and that we've even got the flexibility to buy FOE and then add components from EOE and MCOE but what I can find is a definitive list of what products are contained within each OE version.

I've looked at http://h18000.www1.hp.com/info/xav12x/xav12xpf.pdf
the SPD for 8.3 but can't see where there's a simple listing for each OE version.

Anyone seen one?
