one of the items you requested, VMS82A_DEBUG-V0100, has a dependent item, VMS82I_UPDATE-V0300, that is unavailable for download from the ITRC

I got this error message trying to download a patch from the patch database. Does anyone know where to properly report this? Does anyone have site to download this from (prefer another HP official site)?
VMS82"A"_DEBUG-V0100 is an Alphaserver patch, VMS82"I"_UPDATE-V0300 is an IA64 patch. The VMS82A_UPDATE-V0300 has been replaced by VMS82A_UPDATE-V0400. In the VMS world, a later patch automatically includes the earlier version.

The requirement for VMS82A_UPDATE-V0300 is met by installing VMS82A_UPDATE-V0400.

If your system is an Itanium, flip around the A/I.

Andy
Thats the problem. Try to download "VMS82A_DEBUG-V0100". Thats the message I get and it refuses to add it to the list of patches able to download. So Currently - I am unable to download VMS82A_DEBUG-V0100 because on the patch site it ties it to the Itanium update 300 patch.
Perfect -- Guess I should save the ftp site.

I logged a software support call with HP about the patch database so hopefully it will be fixed there too.
