    <description>After installing the most recent patch bundle and associated updates - update v6 sys v7 rms v6 pcsi v1 I found that any attempt to run an image /debug result in an ACCVIO error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Undoing the above patches resolved the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I haven't had time to work out which of the above caused the problem, but did find that the problem happened regardless of whether the image was linked with debug.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Wondered if anyone else had encountered this issue?</description>

      <description>I realised after posting that the issue had been reported previously but the forum was running so slowly that I was not able to close this thread until now. If my systems ran this slowly I would not have a job.</description>
