Do you mean that the username is captive or restricted and forced to run a single command procedure? One of the problems that captive/restricted usernames have is with password expiration. The command procedure needs to be modified to check the login_flags to determine if the password needs to be changed.<BR /><BR />It would probably be best to contact Proecss Software with your problem, as they know the particulars of their SSH implementation.
