I'll give you my others messages come from the laserjet printers forum for you understand what we are talking about.

-----------------------------------------------
My questions :
Hi,

So, when i print something, temporary files are not automatically deleted so i receive an "Access denied" error message (when opening the next session).

I have tested to make a GPO who delete these files (with a .bat) but it seems that GPO dont work with Windows NT4. But when i deleted them manually in C:/Winnt/system32/spool/printers its works.

Could you give me a solution to resolve this problem ? please ^^

Thank for your support

Nicolas
-----------------------------------------------
The answer :
Hi, Nicolas,

I believe the Language & Scripting Forum can fix you right up with an autoexe.bat command.

http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/categoryhome.do?categoryId=291

Pat

-----------------------------------------------
AND NOW MY NEW QUESTION :p
-----------------------------------------------

Hi everyone :p

How to make an autoexec.bat how delete these files in C:/Winnt/system32/spool/printers under Windows NT operating system ?
I'm dont understand nothing in scripting so if you can give me the code to apply this solution i'would be so recognizing :)

Thank for your support

Nicolas,

I believe that you are in the incorrect forum. This forum is for topics relating to HP's OpenVMS operating system.

- Bob Gezelter, http://www.rlgsc.com

Nicolas,

DONT EVER USE THE FILE AUTOEXEC.BAT .
The name of this file is LOADED.
If this file is on the bootpartition of DOS / Windows systems, it will automaticly be executed.
Why don't you use AUTO_DELETE.BAT or some with logical explanation in the name. This should be done always.

AvR
