I have this scrip t1.php:

if (imagetypes() & IMG_PNG)
echo "PNG Support is enabled";
?>

end result is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagetypes() in /apache$specific/www/t1.php on line 2

I have instaled:
Secure Web Server Version 2.0 for OpenVMS Alpha
CSWS_PHP Version 1.2-1 for HP Secure Web Server for OpenVMS

have you seen the caveats in http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.imagetypes.php ?

I'd suspect that GD support is not included in CSWS_PHP. The extensions list in its release notes (at http://h71000.www7.hp.com/openvms/products/ips/apache/csws_php_relnotes.html ) don't include php_gd2.exe (not sure though whether it'd be needed on VMS).

Jiri,

CSWS_PHP 1.2-&1 does not include GD support.
