It is located on the OpenVMS Version 7.3-2 operating system CD under directory [.TCPIP_ALPHA054]

it is also on the Q4 CSLG. I am not aware of an hp site offering them for public download. If you are in a real fix contact me off-line (zinser@zinser.no-ip.info) and we might be able to work out something.

Customers with an SPL- or CDDS-contract
can get access to an hp-site to download the kits.

Note you need VMS V7.3-2 for the scaleable kernal but for everything else then V7.3-1 is OK.
