I created an account on our Alpha Server as usual using login.com.

I can use the account only once to login via ftp. After a second time the following error is displayed:

<%SYSTEM-F-INVLOGIN, login information invalid at remote node.

Any idea of what may be happening?

Carlos,

When you created the account, did you specify /Nopwdexp? If not, it might be expiring the password on the account after the first login.

When logged on the system what is the result of SHOW INT command? (after the error is displayed)

I'm slightly confused by your statement "created an account on our Alpha Server as usual using login.com" as login.com is the usual name of the procedure executed during logging in.
It could also be the PWDLIFE if you use that. Most of our PROD accounts do not have a lifetime, but our support account have 24 hours or less.

I modified the account with the /Nopwdexp option and the problem persists.

What angers me is why it allows me to connect the first time and then it stops working.

I'll appreciate any other suggestions

Carlos,

Could you post the file produced by executing the following command in authorize:

list/full <USERNAME>

This should create a file called sysuaf.lis. Edit this file to replace any sensitive information and post it. I would like to see this output both before accessing the account and after it has failed.</USERNAME>

Carlos,

I have also been assuming from your statements that you are closing the first connection before the second fails. Is that correct or is the problem having multiple connections open to the same account at the same time?
