We have upgraded DECnet Phase IV to DECnet plus. We keep getting following message on opcom.

Event: Initialization Failure from: Node LOCAL:. Routing Circuit CSMACD-0,

Can someone please let us know how to stop this constant alert on opcom. Thanks for help in advance

In which case you need the current ECO for the version of DECnet/Plus you are running.
